  • AIRPORT TRANSFER : Ngurah Rai International Airport is about 15 minutes drive from the hotel. Transfer from Hotel to the Airport can be arranged at Reception.
  • BAGGAGE SERVICE : Please contact the Bell Boy for pick up or storage of luggage.
  • DISTURBANCE : We are all here for a holiday and a good time. However, please respect the rights of other guests to relax in a quiet environment. If you want to let your hair down and make a noise please go down to the beach or the clubs in Jalan Legian. Any guest who feels disturbed by others please call Reception and Security will deal with the offenders. For safety reasons please ensure your children do not run in the corridors.
  • DOCTOR : We recommend the Bali International Medical Centre (BIMC) or the Siloam Hospital which are both nearby for any medical issue. Please contact the Reception for directions.
  • GUEST’S VISITORS : Guest’s visitors who are not registered to stay at the hotel are required to provide their identity card at the Front Desk.
  • GUEST COMMENTS : Please help us to improve our services , facilities and product. Guest comment forms are available in the compendium and at Reception. We review, action and appreciate all constructive comments that can improve the resort for your next stay.
  • GYM : Gym or Fitness Centre is located in the garden, on the left before the Boardwalk

  • MONEY CHANGER : A Money Changer is available at the Tour Desk in the Lobby. If the exchange rate at outside money changers seems too good to be true, you will probably get ripped off. For security reasons, we suggest you do notcarry large amountsof cash on the streets.
  • TATTOO : Tattooing risks include infectionsand allergies. If stains from tattoos can’t be removed from linen, towels, bedding or other hotel property,the hotel will charge for any damage caused.
