The festival follows the success of The Kitchen programs at the previous year’s Ubud Writers & Readers Festival, which led to the organizers and committee to come up with similar festival driven by the passion to share the rich heritage of Indonesian cuisine to the world. The festival will feature local and international chefs from all around the world.
