Travelled to Bali between the 26th April until the 4th may 2023 with a party of 15, including a 1 year old baby and stayed at the Bali Gardens Beach resort. What a fantastic experience. We arrived well after 23H00 from the airport and the night check-in clerk (Ngurah) was efficient and very helpful. He also arranged for us to order burgers to be dropped off at the hotel at that hour due to all the restaurants being closed. The rooms were fantastic, they were clean, comfortable and spacious. It really helped when getting in after a long, hot day out touring. The location of the hotel on the edges of Kuta beach was a bonus, with beautiful sea views from the pool area. The hotel is central to many restaurants, bars and shops while not being in the center of the hustle and bustle. The hotel offers magnificent pools, well maintained and big enough to accommodate many guests. The highlight was breakfast time. Not so much for the ample and tasty food on offer, but more for the friendly and gracious staff in the breakfast area. Candy, Yulika ?? and the team were friendly and extremely hospitable. The entire hotel staff are wonderful and friendly. This is definitely one of my more memorable hotel stays and if I ever make it back to Bali, this will be my 1st stop again.
